It's funny how a cute and podgy little man such as Alber Elbaz has the wildest imagination and understanding of women's figures to create such magical dreamy collections.
Lanvin's SS'2010 collection is the perfect antidote to the grey clothing, weather and atmosphere of the winter. Starting with the sharp yet feminie tailoring in a laquer of seamless black was sexy and strong, on to the pop of the candy cloud party dresses then the softness of the head to toe creams and nudes. Finishing off with the heavily jewlwed jumpsuit and my favourite look of the whole collection, a sherbet pink and peach melba of swirly taffeta perfection. Definetly one of my favourites of the season!

The use of colour by Chloe in their adverts and throughout the collections is cleverly beautiful. Always a seemless balance between a nude cream and a rasperry pop or the sharp exclanation point of a black cape as seen in the SS'10 collection.
